Deposit

• A $250 deposit is required to secure your individual selection.  
• Deposits will be accepted on an individual basis and puppies reserved in the order in which they are received.
• The dog’s color and gender requested will be recorded upon actual deposit. 
• No verbal or electronic media requests will be made or honored outside of the deposit process in fairness to other buyers. 
• Deposits placed via PayPal will be effective immediately upon payment confirmation. 
• Deposits placed via check or money order will be held for 3 business days while awaiting payment via local postal service.  If payment is not received within 3 business days the current deposit will be released. 
• Deposits may be changed from color or gender up to but not less than ten days prior to date of whelp.  
• When changing a deposit, you give up all original selection order privileges and will be placed in available order of new choice. 
• Specific puppy selection must be made beginning when the puppies are  6 weeks old regardless if individuals are able to travel on site prior to pick up. 
• Individuals are encouraged to contact CRSL personally to arrange any onsite visits prior to puppy selection they may choose. 
• All puppies will be ready to begin travel to their new homes no earlier than 8 weeks of age. 
• All adopting families agree to make their puppy selections in an acceptable and timely manner out of courtesy to the remaining individuals waiting to make their selections. Selections to begin at 6 weeks. 
• CRSL Reserves rights to first pick of any litter.   

* Missouri state sales tax of 7% will be collected for all sales.  

* Submission of your deposit via PayPal or USPS shall serve as an individuals acknowledgment and agreement to the terms listed above.
